Further, we conduct pre-departure orientation briefings covering culture, laws and orders and religions with the aim of bridging the differences between Nepal and destination countries in order to minimize post deployment problems.

1.Capable of sourcing high volume of workers within 10 days from the date demand for workers is confirmed by the employer.
2.Sourcing criteria in line with the requirements of our clients outlined in demand letters will be based on the following:

> Experience in relevant trade
> Minimum education as specified in demand letters
> Language standard in terms of reading and writing English
3.Short-listing and selection of candidates is done via our selection process (selection process elaborated under Clients Section).
4. Ensure systematic screening, short-listing and selection of candidates suitable for the job being offered.
5.Facilitate both Telephone and Web-Cam Interview for selection where required.
